These functionalities are supported by the integration of business data such as cost unit structures, hierarchies and employee data.
By means of “Business Based Provisioning” it is ensured that only MobileIron services and business apps that are allocated to the respective business areas can be ordered and used.
All of these functionalities are performed 100% automatically without any manual tasks.
App Ordering Process
esuits² myICT provides an unique opportunity to manage and order business apps.
IT service managers can manage the available apps as well as their approval and licensing process easily and efficiently. If and when required, the apps can be merged to business-specific groups.
Employees have the option to order these predefined apps within the self-service portal of “esuits² myICT”. The ordered apps are made available in Apps@Work or installed directly onto the end device after their successful approval.
The use of APPConnect means these apps can be automatically configured.
