AVAYA Single Sign On (SSO-LD)
By using the AVAYA Single Sign On (SSO-LD) Clients the sign on and sign off process of the AVAYA telephone is automated.
As soon as an employee logs into his computer, his phone number is signed in as well on to the connected telephone and all of his settings are automatically adopted.
This way, his telephone is available at all times and everywhere, regardless of whether he sits at a new desk in the morning or changes his workplace during the day.
If the computer is turned off or shut down at the end of the working day, the employee’s phone number is signed off from the telephone set at the same time.
Feature Access Codes (FAC)
Through the support of FAC esuits² SSO-LD enables fast and easy access to special functions of your telephone system. There is no need to programme them individually; they are provided centrally by the AVAYA Single Sign-on solution.
System Requirements
The following system requirements must be available for the use of the esuits² SSO-LD Client:
- Avaya Communication Manager Release 6.3
- Avaya 96xx telephone series (H 323 sets)
- PC must be connected to the telephone PC port
