Asset and Configuration Management

esuits² myICT offers a unique real-time asset management that shows exactly which services are actively deployed on the AVAYA Aura System and how telephony devices are being used.

For all registered telephony devices esuits² myICT provides information about the device type, its serial number, its firmware, its IP address, its MAC address, but also the logged extension and the associated employee.

Devices can be remotely rebootes and controlled based on parameters such as firmware version, IP ranges etc.

All changes made to the system via esuits² myICT are stored in a central change log.
