esuits² SPC offers an built-in WebRTC-based voice recorder.

In addition to this integrated voice recorder esuits² SPC supports the following 3^rd Party Voice Recorders:

• OrecX Voice Recorder
• ASC Voice Recorder
• Verint Verba Recorder

All recordings can be listened to immediately by the agent in his call history. Special calls, such as threatening calls, can be marked and stored in a long-term archive accessible via a 4-eyes principle.
