Office 365 Integration
Integrated into our Console esuits² SPC, PresenceConnect can access Office365 information from employees.
This interface can be used in our Attendant, for example, to display calendar information and define tasks such as call backs.
Third-Party Presence
Built on open API, PresenceConnect offers the flexibility to integrate third-party presence data, such as patient presence data delivered in HL7 standards.
In addition, desktop & collaboration platforms can be integrated for presence aggregation.
For example, employees can set their AVAYA Aura presence status to “busy” or “do not disturb” while they are in a Cisco WebEx or Zoom meeting.
